My experience at this motel was frustrating to say the least. The ice machine was broken, and it didn’t seem like anyone was available to assist with anything we needed. On top of that, the shower was hazardous with its slippery floor, and there was a lack of attentiveness from the staff when issues were reported.

I recently stayed for one night in a Queen Room, Disability Access, Non-Smoking. The check-in process was a bit frustrating since I had to wait for staff who were not present at the front desk. Once I was checked in, it was disappointing to find that my room was on the third floor despite requesting easy access due to my injury. The hallway was warm, and the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable. The beds were smaller than expected and quite hard, which was not ideal for two people. I found that there were no basic amenities like a refrigerator or microwave, and the water pressure in the shower was poor. On a positive note, the price was fair for the area, which I appreciated. However, I expected more for a new establishment in terms of service and room facilities. I felt that with a bit more attention to guest needs, this place could offer a much more enjoyable stay.

The staff was really great, especially Paulina at the front desk. They made my stay comfortable and safe. I felt welcomed and appreciated during my time here.

We love the great location close to the casino, with plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby and our room are impressively clean and spacious, which adds to the entire experience. The new bedding style with big pillows is particularly cozy, making our stay quite comfortable.

We noticed some noise disturbances from nearby rooms during our stay.

Clean and Spacious Rooms, Great Location

I had a decent stay with clean and spacious rooms, especially loved the shower setup. The proximity to restaurants and the casino made it really convenient. However, I'd suggest they improve the toiletries provided, as bringing your own is a must.

The room was decent—very fresh and clean, which I appreciated. Loved the minimalist decor and no carpets, feels way more hygienic. But I did encounter an issue with someone making a scene outside. Luckily, I was only there one night, so it wasn't too bad overall.
